Suspense carries throughout the book and there are many surprising plot twists. After the incident with Emma in Frozen, everyone is on the look out for Forgeries. It was kind of annoying to have Gray chasing Bree so adamantly, but it was better than the love triangle of the previous book. It was action packed from start to finish. This book was a great finale to the series. He has seen death and given death and he carries more burdens than he probably deserves to carry. What we can tell is that Gray has realized how dangerous and sad the real world is. Over the course of the series, we haven't seen much change in Gray's character. After the horrors that he was forced to endure in Frozen, he finds himself drifting away from his twin. He is also constantly chasing after Bree to try and regain her love. As he waits impatiently, he is given time to talk with Blaine. He often pesters people to allow him to go on missions. But when even the most familiar faces can't be trusted, Gray will have to tread carefully if he wants to succeedor survive. Gray Weathersby and his group of rebels are determined to bring down the Franconian Order and its army of Forgeries. Gray’s restless, impatient character is more obvious than ever before. Forged, final installment in the Taken Trilogy, is now on shelves THE TIME HAS COME TO MAKE A STAND. As, the Forgeries become more like their human counterpart, it becomes harder to tell friend from foe. Between the time of the second and third books, the Order has gotten stronger and the Forgeries have become more developed. Now, he is anxious to help in the Rebellion.

He spends weeks there, working with the AmEast rebels and AmWest Expats. After the events of Frozen, Gray has been taken to AmWest. Forged, by Erin Bowman, is the final book in the “Taken” trilogy.
